This year, Highland Hearthglow returns on Saturday, January 23rd to celebrate the food and culture of the Scandinavian diaspora during the Viking period (c.790-1066.)
We will feature conjectural food inspired and informed primarily by archaeobotanical and archaeological evidence, literary reference, and enduring Scandinavian food culture including closely related sources.
