This form is to be added to the Highland Hearthglow 2026 Waiting List. Please fill out the information carefully.

In the event seats become available, they will be offered on a first-registered, first-contacted basis until January 9th, 2025. If you are contacted, you will have 48 hours to confirm that you would like the available seats before the next person in line will be given the chance. If you miss an opportunity, you will remain in your place in the queue.

Starting January 10th, 2025, everyone on the waiting list will be notified simultaneously of available seats and they will go to whomever confirms first that they want them. (Electronic time-stamp on emails will be used to verify.) This two-phase process will allow us to be as fair as possible without risking empty seats at our table.

Seats will only be offered in singles and pairs. If a single seat becomes available, it will go to the first Single on the waitlist. If a pair of seats becomes available, it will go to the first Pair on the waitlist. If no Pair on the waitlist claims a Pair of tickets, it will then be treated as two Single tickets and they will be offered to Singles.
