This year our Stream Lead, Lord Aurri, challenged us to provide a full content Livestream experience. This included pre-recorded cooking show style segments for two of the most popular and interesting dishes from the menu: mujabbanāt muthallath, the freshly fried cheese fritters much lauded in Andalusian literature, and lawn yahūdī maḥshū maḍfūn, an iconic Jewish dish that is both incredibly complex and surprisingly delicious for a modern diner.
